Mike Creighton brings 15 years of experience in private equity, private real estate, and direct investing to his role at Evolution Financial Group (EFG). As a Partner, Mike specializes in assisting business owners with exit planning and maximizing liquidity during the sell-side process. Additionally, he works with individuals to develop tailored wealth management and estate planning strategies.
Before joining EFG, Mike served as President & Managing Director at Valley Forge Financial Group, where he oversaw Private Equity and Private Real Estate funds with a combined deal volume over $1B in private equity and over $200M in private real estate. He was also a member of the Investment Committee, focusing on identifying, structuring, and managing investment opportunities. Prior to that, Mike spent eight years at GMH Ventures, the private equity arm of the Holloway Family Office, where he gained expertise in deal sourcing, transaction structuring, and managing a diverse portfolio of investments, including small businesses.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, where he captained the Men’s Lacrosse team in his senior year. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 65, 6, 22, 63 registrations and Life & Health licenses.
Outside of work, Mike is an active member of several alumni associations at Malvern Preparatory School. He and his wife, Rachel, live in Havertown, Pennsylvania, with their three children: Charlie, and twins Mikey and Mia. In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and following all things Notre Dame.
